...if you handle with care and respect. The aluminium can could distort with a too heavy handed approach.Take care when "focusing" the par 20 as overtightening the bridle's thumb screws could loosen the tapped housing. The colour frame and barndoors (sold separately) also need care and respect. Comes with cable and plug prewired, thats a real plus!

Cool lamp
Not too much light and not very useful for video. It looks cool, so I ended up getting some for my office as decoration and light source.
