Great piece of hardware but don't expect the 3 months included subscription

Both hardware and software are great, but unfortunately the team behind it fails to keep their promises.
While they heavily advertise 3 months of free subscription when buying the hardware, they don't actually give you 3 months of free subscription.
Every month I contact them about this, they keep telling me the next month is free however they keep charging me. This is going on for over 6 months now.
Just don't expect to get something for free from Soundswitch.
