Powerful.
I've been using this cymbal live with various metal bands for over a year now, I use it for wash riding and as an accent crash and it cuts through the mix beautifully. It is a nice weight and doesn't cause fatigue from over playing and it has plenty of give, would not be afraid of cracking it from heavy hitting.
All around brilliant cymbal, I use it along with a mix of aax and hhx and they compliment each other wonderfully.

Amazing sounding cymbal
Great sound the only problem I have is that I have cracked quite a few! Doesn't hold up as well as the HHX series but still an incredible product!
