Rode Wireless GO taitaa olla jo legenda kategoriassaan, eikä syyttä. Kohtuuhintainen langaton systeemi videotuotantoon, joka toimii esimerkiksi haastattelutilanteessa. Voi käyttää sellaisenaan tai yhdessä nappimikin kanssa. Ääni kulkee häiriöttömästi kameraan tai tallentimeen. Helpottaa ja keventää tuotantoa, mutta sen verran neuroottinen olen, että aina haluan pitää myös langallisen vaihtoehdon varalla. Ei ole kuitenkaan ollut tarvetta varajärjestelmiin turvautua. Moniin kilpailijoihin verrattuna tässä on kohtuullinen kantomatka ja pitkä toiminta-aika. Tärkeitä ominaisuuksia ainakin meille.

Surprisingly good mic system

This is more than the next version of the Wireless GO microphone. It works as a USB audio device with USB-C with computers and phones. The mics can be mixed into one channel or separated into left and right easily. The clip mechanism snaps into a camera flash mount. The transmitter has a built-in microphone which can be replaced with a lavalier or any other mic with a miniplug. The mics can be muted from both the transceiver and the receiver.

The only thing that could be better would be the gain adjustment. There are 0dB, -12dB and -24dB adjustments which may be too coarse of a range and an external mixer is needed to finetune the levels. This may be impractical when using the mic directly with the phone.

Nice product but still some room for improvement

Frankly speaking, the accompanying software (Rode Central) needs quickly an update! You cannot download all files at once from the microphone. You must do it manually - one by one - not very professional - and very slow!!! Why can't the mic just show up as an SD drive when attached to the computer? One of the (6) purchased mics was not able to attach with the software. This mic has been returned for a replacement. Thank you Thomann!

Otherwise, these are fantastic small wireless microphones. The only thing that I'm missing is a mechanical locking possibility for the TRS plug from the external lavalier microphone. I can come loose under the clothes quite easily. Additionally, the quick guide is lacking the explanation for some graphical symbols that are shown on the receiver's display...

Even with these omissions (hoping Rode will fix them), I can recommend the product.

Surprisingly good quality. Absolutely everything satisfies! I use the workshop to stream on a zoom platform. The lecturer can move freely around the lecture room and hears everything she says clearly. I put the second microphone in the auditorium. Everyone can be heard there too. I recommend everyone a colossal Rode product!
