Excellent value for money, Decent quality

Im using one of these to link my RME Fireface to my desk (Allen and Heath zed436) in my studio. The cable itself is well made, however, fairly heavy, so have it supported by something or the weight may pull the smaller individual cables out of the jacks.
The jack connectors themselves are decent, not on a level with neutrik, but not terrible. The breakout wires for the individual jacks are thin so be careful. They are also individually labelled, for ease of use. Yes the connectors can unscrew fairly easily, but they are not flimsy. Having 16 jacks in 1 loom is also very helpful.
In typical Thomann style, these are excellent value for money. Decent quality, while not extremely high end, are way beyond what you might expect at these pricepoints.
Overall, for the price, im really happy. To replace that with high end cables and neutrik connectors would costs many times the price of this.

Used a total of 5 of those in a fixed studio installation.

Result: After just a few weeks of sitting behind the racks the 1/4" Jacks don't stay connected to gear (doesn't "click"and sit), some channels were dead on arrival already and pretty much all of the jacks have to be rotated while seated in the equipment connectors in order to find the "sweet spot" and actually get a proper signal through. Non of that can be re-created using proper Neutrik cables, therefore: Trash.
Buy cheap, buy twice.

Gutes Multicore-Kabel

So eine 16er-Peitsche macht doch Eindruck. Einen guten sogar! Denn die Verarbeitung sieht recht ordentlich aus, und alle enthaltenen Kabel funktionieren anstandslos.

Ich mache mir bei Multicores ja immer etwas sorgen, dass der doch sehr schwere Strange irgendwann die Buchsen verbiegt, in denen die Stecker stecken, oder die Kabel aus den Steckern reißt. Da sollte man etwas für Zugentlastung sorgen.

Die zusammengehörigen Stecker zu finden ist nicht immer einfach, denn die auf's Kabel gedruckten Zahlen sind manchmal nicht gleich zu sehen. Farbliche Codierung wie bei den 8er Multicores, oder - noch besser - Fähnchen mit Zahlen drauf wären da cooler.

Trotzdem ein gutes Kabel, dessen Kauf ich bisher nicht im Geringsten bereut habe.

Alles gut und symmetrisch

... macht, was es soll, schaut gut und stabil aus, hat keine feststellbaren Macken und lässt hoffen, dass es auch so bleibt. Es ist ein bischen teurer als manche seiner Kollegen, hat aber dafür solide Metallstecker, von denen sich nicht jeder fünfte in der Buchse verklemmt, weil die Durchmesser eher so ungefähr sind.

Also: alles gut.
