Great audio quality, but beware of where and how you use them

Audio wise the cable is top notch. Well insulated, no extra resistance which translates into clear sound that doesn't suck your tone - of course, being only a 1,5m cable helps this a lot.

My personal gripe is with the solid molded jack cover that hides within the soldering job. When and if the cable breaks, you don't fix it into "as was" state unlike the cover that is held together by screwed-on jack. In heavy duty use this is a definite minus. In fairly static application with not much happening around the jack end this is much less of a problem. Let's just say I wouldn't gig with this cable as a guitarist or bassist, if the cable connected my instrument and pedal board and / or amp. The risk of breaking would be too much with this kind of technical solution.

This cable's purely amazing!

Usage:
I use these for putting my rack equipment together - patching fx loops, feeding poweramps, etc.

Quality:
Signal quality is astonishing and you can really tell the difference, especially when a/b testing overdrive/distortion guitar signals. Clarity goes through the roof and the overall sound becomes really tight and punchy.

Personal Thoughts:
I used to think cables don't really matter that much especially for signals at line level but after checking these out I see i couldn't have been more wrong. If you want an upgrade for your setup, this is a must to consider.

I wish there were longer versions of these cables, though.

Conclusion:
High quality cable well worth the money - get one, try it out and I'm sure it will stay with you :)

I've used this brand for many years and they are of good quality and I have always gotten a good lifespan out of them.

This particular model (or length to be more precise) is ideal for use in the effects loop of an amp or between the last pedal and the input of an amp.

The shorter length keeps everything nice and tidy where there can be a lot of cables running across a floor.

Great lead

This is a great lead, built to Planet Waves usual high standards - gold connectors, solid plugs and high quality cable all add up to a lead you know you can really rely on.

The lead feels really solid without being heavy or cumbersome, the plugs will withstand a lifetime of plugging and unplugging, and the sound is both full and transparent.

I've never understood why people cheap out on leads - your sound is only as good as the weakest link in the chain - if you're connecting a thousand quid strat to a thousand quid marshall with the cheapest lead you could find, you may as well not bother. Do yourself a favour and get one of these.
