Bought this recorder for my Daughter after a lot of searching. Thomann were significantly cheaper than any other place I could find which meant we could afford an additional hard carrying case (thanks to the brilliant advice guys on which to buy) for the same outlay.

The sound quality of the instrument is astounding and perfect for what we needed.

All in all we are very pleased with the instrument and the service.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed to discover that the low F- and G- notes have a very scratchy sound.
I thought that playing-it-in might help, but, after nearly half a year, I'm not noticing any improvement.
