Meinl China 16"
This china here has a great sound:
The edge sounds like a mix of a normal china, a crash and a stack (you know a two a splash on top of a china, or if it´s taller than a normal splash (12?) its a crash instead of the splash)
But you can also ride this china (by the way: This is the reason why chinas in normal were build until somebody had the idea the play the china like a crash, and thats how you play it that days). If you manage to play that cymbal without losing your sticks in the holes, you will be rewarded by a great open sounding ride sound.
The holes are well cutted, you don´t get any sharp edges anywhere with this cymbal

Great Value
Bought this on a budget for my studio Kit to get that Trashy China sound - This will give you that, sounds great recorded through a couple of Cheap Rode M3's as overheads and I'm more than pleased with this.

Nice and trashy
Very quick china. Thrashy and bright. A bit thicker than I expected, but still a good china cymbal to my ears. Different from other chinas I've tested without holes. It also looks amazing!
