Excellent for low tunings

I'm actually using this string set with a 6 string guitar, omitting the .11 string and using the remaining ones (.14 - .70) for a very low tuned (A) guitar as there really is no other set readily available that has exactly this scale, unless you pick every string separately.
I used to play 7 string guitars, which is where my love for the low tunings come from but have since switched back to using only 6 strings. I still require very heavy gauge strings to be able to use these tunings and here's where the .70 comes handy. It plays perfectly well in low A and B tunings and I've gone even as low as G, where the strings still work well.
Even though I'm left with an extra string I have no use for (which is where I give a small minus - there really needs to be a better stringset for .70 - .13 or .14, most ones are for drop tunings where the high end is .11 and this just doesn't work for me) this set works perfectly for my LesPaul to be used with such a low tuning. However on my Ibanez RG (with a floyd rose) using these requires a lot of settings to be modified to get the correct tention. On the LesPaul you don't need to do that - everything works from the get go, just put the strings in!
Since trying them out I have no plans to going for another brand with this case. The strings sound excellent, rather dark (but crispy) and hold the sustain extremely well.

kielten värikoodit erilaisuus verrattuna daddarion tuttuun väri koodin hämää. mutta ihan on hyvän kuulosia ja kestäviä olleet.
kielten paksuudet tässä setissä miellytti.

Listen, if you want to tune your guitar in Drop A to Drop G, you MUST use a gauge on the 7th string > 0.60 (Recommended 0.70 on drop G and lower) else you will notice that the string doesn't perform well and doesn't show the dynamic rage its meant to produce.
I have been using other brands for my 7 strings that provide the SAME exact feeling than this ones for a higher price.
Feels the same as EarneyB or DDrio.
Came sealed, protected from humidity and they definitely CHUG.
Clean tones obviously maintain the richness and warm sound and thinner strings resonate accordingly.
I dont see myself buying other brand than LaBella.
I have discovered them too late and Im sorry for it.

Firstly, I like it because it's cheaper than other popular 7-string sets. I put the set onto my Jackson Dinky JS32-7 to play some Northlane songs and I was not disappointed! The strings are tight and sound clearly, no drawbacks has been found yet. Too soon to speak of its durability since I have been using these for just 2 months. But IMHO, if you carefully clean the strings after everytime you play, they could last much longer than your expectation/
