Quality stands
Pricey, but excellent heavy weight speaker stands. These don't have too many moving parts which is just perfect and it makes these fool proof.
The collapsible base and main tube are connected via a thread and thus are very easily disassebled. Everything feelds solid. I don't usually prefer any plastic parts in these kind of products, but even the knobs feel great - not cheap as they usually do.
However, the same cannot be said from the black plastic bolt cover caps (bolts that connect square legs and the round base). Of course those are there only for the looks, but I don't even understand why they bothered to add those: Lost half of the caps when I first used these and the rest came of the second time. A complete waste! I'd rather pay a penny less for these stands than have useless plastic caps on the hex bolt heads. Either do it properly or don't do it at all.
Bottom line: A bit expensive at first, but not so expensive at all when your ten times more expensive speakers stay put all night long.
