Come on, don't have huge expectations for 169 EUR. Yet, this is not a toy but a playable guitar. To get more out of this I did my standard modifications: Schaller locking tuners, Schaller security strap locks and a DiMarzio Humbucker and the baby turned into a beast.

Excellent, and I dare you to find any better for the money
An awesome little guitar. I love it more and more each day. And maybe I'll forget something, but I will not forget to say it's awesome. It's so light, and I've carried it to work and back for the past week. I don't feel it any more. Plus, pink does invite some laughs. Oh all the NSFW jokes we shared this week... on so many levels. It's totally worth it. And considering the lack of decent playable pink guitars this is a must. Only neon pink could be better.
First things first: Unscrewed pot nuts to get rid of the protective foil under them. Very, very nice metal caps slipped on top of plastic ones. String change to GHS 010-046 - originals are soft like eww and run around like drunken cockroaches. The thin neck doesn't have enough space to keep them on. Fixed that today because one broke. Bridge has to be extended all the way back. And I mean ALL the way. Otherwise, third string intonation is IMPOSSIBLE. Bonus: with proper strings instead of elastic bands fret buzz is pretty much gone. The bridge itself is something you either say good things about it or nothing at all. So, nothing much here. One side is obviously defective because the big bolt turns very heavy and I'm quite sure I see a tear in the metal underneath around it. A cracked seam of some sorts. And because the bridge sits too tight it's all scratched up by the bolts, very visible after extending. I don't care, I'll never again touch that, but still. A strap - you need to get it to be quite short to hug your back nicely, and after that your picking hand is enough to keep the balance once you raise the neck. I got a padded Planet Waves 74T000, it's pretty good and wide and looks good on the dwarf too. Go figure why. Adds some stability and you can move the padding around. A leather one could be better but to me it's overkill, considering it should be travel friendly. Strap locks, got the Dunlop Duals. The strap buttons on the guitar are very small basic cone shaped ones and the screw gets loose with the Ergo locks I used initially. The strap being shortened also makes this a wise investment because you want to remove it pretty often depending on your position. Next on the list are the wobbly tuners and the nut. Not in a hurry, it plays so much better now, but I will change them.
Now... This is one very neat little guitar. It sounds really good for what it is. I didn't actually intend to get the pink one (and apparently nobody wants the pink ones because they're always in stock hehe), I wanted the red. But the lack of availability made me switch because I'm traveling soon. I kinda still want the red one, really bad at that. But the pink is so much better in person than expected. And it's so much more convenient that I prefer it to the Epiphone just because it's OVER THERE and the Shorty is... well, here on the sofa. And it begs to be made even better, simply because it can be better. It's a cheap guitar decent out of the box (not tuned, not intonated, ignore the checklist it's a lie except the action). A few simple upgrades will make it a dream. It's a good portable guitar without any assembly required that you can redo to your taste if you so require. There's nothing you can't fix and nothing that you paid extra money for that you'd miss.
Come on people, get the pink beauty. She's cute, spunky, with character to match, and it roars and bites too. A real lady for your collection. Leave a red one for yours truly ;)
