Shell set comprises:
- 12" x 08" VLT tom tom
- 16" x 14" VLX floor tom
- 22" x 16" VLX+ bass drum
- 100% Maple wood with reinforcement ring for a longer, more controlled decay behaviour of the shell
- All shells produce a flattering, warm basic tone and it is precisely this attack sound for which the DW Collector's series became famous
- The sound of maple captivates with its soft, warm, balanced resonance, yet clear and always controlled stick attack
- STM Suspension Tom Mount (freely suspended mounting system for a vibration-free, suspended tom with maximum sound resonance)
- True Hoops
- True Pitch tension rods
- All shells are combined using the SSC procedure. This means that each shell is analysed according to its specific basic tone, and selected shells are grouped together to form a "tuned" set
