Overall good, crash stand sadly can't support a tom

Feels good overall. Very light, almost too light - does feel a little "toy-like," which makes me wonder about denting, but I don't expect any major problems inordinately quickly. I can't lean on my hand or elbow on my snare drum with this snare stand as it loosens and tilts and I have to readjust and re-tighten, which makes me wonder if that joint will at some point become unreliable.

I do not have the wobbly hihat problem some people talk about; stand seems fine to me. The feet of my hihat stand are a little tough to extend enough that the center of the stand base does not rest on the floor, but opening the feet up that extra little bit keeps it from wobbling for me.

The worst part here is that the cymbal stand legs are not wide enough to support a maple 12" hanging tom, I expect even a 10" tom would be difficult... wish one stand was wider-based. So right off the bat I have to pack an extra stand. Bummer. Luckily the bag is nice and big. Fits an extra bigger cymbal stand, tom mount, throne base.

Overall pretty good. Bit pricey.

Light, but cheap

It's WONDERFUL how light these are. They're also more stable than you'd expect, though not as good as the Yamaha Crosstown hardware. My main issue is the hi-hat stand isn't good enough. The top hat will come loose while you're playing, and that means it literally doesn't do it's job. Light is awesome, but get the Yamahas instead.

Estos herrajes me han hecho repudiar completamente todos los que tenía anteriormente (DW 9000's y 5000's), son absolutamente estables (con una excepción), y como bien dice su nombre son ligerísimos y con una funda en la que perfectamente cabe el sillín o algún otro soporte más. Ahora mismo los uso para todo, y desde luego ni se me pasa por la cabeza llevar otros a un bolo.

El único "pero", es el del Hi Hat. Quizá todavía no me he hecho con él, pero no es tan estable, se mueve un poco al tocar (a pesar de los pinchos que tiene en las patas), y parece que le falta algo de fuerza para levantar el top (utilizo uno Hi Hat de 16).

Muy recomendable!

Gute, rückenschonende Hardware!

Ich habe mir das Hardware-Paket von DW zugelegt, da ich jedes Wochenende spiele und meinen Rücken schonen wollte. Mit etwa 8 kg ist die Hardware wirklich sehr leicht. Die Hihat ist leichtgängig und lässt grundsätzlich alle meine Hihat-Becken sauberer klingen. Durch die leichte Bauweise der Maschine schwingen die Becken sehr gut und spielen sich angenehm. Die Becken-Ständer stehen stabil. Lediglich beim Snare-Ständer hätte ich mir ein Kugelgelenk gewünscht. So muss man den Ständer etwas drehen, bis man den optimalen Winkel für den Snare-Korb gefunden hat. Insgesamt aber klare Kauf-Empfehlung. Alles hochwertig! Die gut gepolsterte Tasche rundet das Angebot ab. Ein dritter Becken-Ständer passt übrigens auch noch locker hinein. Habe mir gleich noch einen gekauft.
