I've completely switched to using these things.

Pros
- The angled tip is awesome, definitely the most comfortable thumbpick I've used
- Reduced hand fatigue for me due to a better hand position

Cons
- Seems less durable than my other thumbpicks, snapped a couple of these already
- Makes playing with non-angled picks weird, obviously. Switching between these and the "normal" things always takes a moment to adjust
