Lo Riderit on parhaat vaijerit mitä löytyy. Erittäin hyvä soundi, joka säilyy piiitkään tuoreena. Riittävän pitkät myös rungon läpi pujotettavaksi 34 tuuman mensuurissa, ei silkkipunoksia. Vielä kun olisi hieman paksumpi b-kieli, tämä olisi täydellinen setti.

Good for normal tuning

I bought these strings for some metal playing and they were very good: clarity and punch were all there.

The point when they stopped working for me was when I tuned the whole thing one whole step down. These aren't really not made for it so it can't really be held against them, but if you are planning to tune your bass down I recommend to go for heavier gauge strings.

But if you are going to play in normal tuning, I'd recommend these since in my opinion they were great.

Pricey string, but very much worth it

These strings sound fantastic, not scooped or overly forward in any frequency range according to to my ears. They have a very good string-lifetime, going up to 4-6 months for me personally until they completely die. Maybe even more so than the sound, they feel really good which is equally important to me. They feel incredibly smooth and more responsive to my attack than most other strings, and that while being stainless-steel. They are hex-core strings so they are slightly stiffer than you might expect, but this allows for lower action (hence lo-riders) to compensate for, which I think is great. If you can afford these, I would strongly reccomend them.

My choice of strings

After going through many kinds of 5-string sets this was the one I was entirely happy with. Not too sloppy feeling, but sturdy and controllable even with ADGCF-tuning. The tone stays fairly bright for several months and doesn't lose the highs suddenly as with many other strings. So far the quality and consistence have been good and the strings are in good balance. Highly recommendable.
