An agressive pickup
This thing sounds mean and it looks pretty sleek.
Very tight sounding tone for metal, I wouldn't use this pickup for blues/rock.
But I have to say that it sounded pretty nasal in my alder bodied-RR guitar, so I switched it out. I have yet to try it in a guitar with darker wood, you might have better luck.
Good sounding pickup, but not for everyone.

surely for metalheads
its pretty simple.... if you play metal and dont have a high output amp.... this is surely for you.....i personally have a high output amp so this is a bit of an overkill is some cases for me... but still loving the output it generates.. killer pup...
if youre not a metal head... look away and try AHB1 or AHB3 instead.
