Fender Kotzen Telecaster BSB

Si al abrir un pedido con una guitarra nueva,buscas un motivo para quedarte con la boca abierta nada mas verla...es lo que ocurre con esta guitarra.Si ya la conecto y suena bien,tengo lo que se dice la perfección conjunta.

La construcción de esta guitarra es increíble,la mires por donde la mires.
El tacto de cuando tocas por primera vez es extraño si vienes de tocar radios de mástiles mas pequeños,en mi caso de Ibanez (at100sb) y piensas que es muy grande, que quizá me he equivocado con la compra.A los 10 minutos la mano ya se acostumbra y empiezas a ver todo de otro color,la idea de que te equivocaste desaparece cuando piensas que cuando te hagas un 100% a ella,estarás el doble de agradecido por la compra.

El mástil es muy grueso y yo tengo la mano pequeña,pero no ha supuesto ningún problema.salvo en trastes altos para estirar cuerda,el tamaño me hace tirar con mas fuerza,pero desde esta mañana ya logro estirar mas la cuerda sin problema,acostumbrar a la mano a otra posición

Las pastillas me han parecido muy calidas y salvajes al mismo tiempo,tocas cualquier estilo sin problema,se atreve con todo.

I have being eyeing this guitar up for so long but I have finally ordered/received it and It is everything I had hoped for.

Be warned that the neck is extremely thick! Far thicker than my 50's Les Paul neck!! But after 10 mins of playing it I had become used to it. This neck does make it slightly neck heavy and as a keys/guitar player this can cause problems when playing keys(I do use the dimarzio cliplock system which is quite slick so maybe a classic leather strap would be advisable for this application)

The finish is immaculate, The Maple top is stunning.
All the classic tele tones are there between the Twang king in the neck position and combined with the Chopper-T in the middle position(which can be used in parallel or series thanks to the faux tone knob which switches between both)
This of course means that there is no tone control available, something to bear in mind.

Also of note is that the guitar was delivered in a cardboard box! No gig bag(as i thought there would be going by youtube reviews!)
Packaging was well up to spec and possibly over padded(if there could be such a thing)

Overall if you are used to a classic Tele I would advise to try one out before purchase to see if you like the neck, although to be fair even though it is very thick, It fills the hand nicely and gets slightly slimmer as you approach the higher end of the neck(12th Fret) I will update after a few weeks once the initial honeymoon period has worn off!

Have owned many guitars, incl Fenders (US, Japanese), Gibson LPs custom shop 58/59s, PRS, etc. Never had a tele before, until I ran into RK signature model one day. Perhaps it's just personal taste or specific period but all my other guitars have been put aside ever since.

Despite having rather fat neck, this guitar fits perfectly and is smooth and easy to play. Lovely sounds from clean to crunchy balanced rock sound. Nice boost feature with split coils option.

Quality of the instrument is top notch.
