Received this guitar damaged twice in Romania.
I want to start by mentioning that bad review is not about the guitat, but about the experience. I order this guitar twice. First time by the end of november 2024 and when I received it, after playing about a few minutes I observed that it had two simetrical fisures at the top side, near the neck. I returned the guitar and order another one as it would have been faster than waiting for the replacement. After a while I received the second guitar and it had exactly the same issue. The Thomann team suggested second time that it may have been the delivery process that broke it, but I doubt that because the package looked pretty good, no observable traces of hit and also the guitar was well packed with two boxes and the hard shell. My opinion is that maybe this batch had some manufacturing issues as the damage is identical. Unfortunatley I do not see the option to attach photos in order to let you see the damaged area in order to make you aware of to what area to pay attention.
Regarding the guitar itself, as mentioned above I played it a little on the first one before seeing the damage and I can say I was impressed, the reason why I ordered the second one.
As a conclusion, I recommend this model, but at the moment I wouldn’t order it from Thomann after this experience.
