Planet Waves PW-AG-20 cable

The Planet Waves PW-AG-20 is a very nice jack to jack cable. You can tell that just by looking and touching the cable, it feels and looks top quality. I am not someone who necessarily notices the sound difference between cheap and expensive cables but I definitely didn't notice any sound degradation or tone loss with this cable.

It includes a mute switch at one end of the cable which is a very nice feature, not that it is needed for me as I generally always use a tuner pedal to kill my signal but it's a welcome feature for those times when I don't have my pedalboard with me.

I've owned this cable for quite a long time now and it is still going as strong as ever so I can definitely recommend it.

I ordered 2 of these cables and I'm very happy with my purchase.
I use them to play live at least twice a week and they just feel like top quality cables in comparison to other ones I have used. The killswitch is a great little feature too, just make sure you don't forget it's there. When you're due to start playing and you're getting frustrated that your amp doesn't work, it doesn't seem funny at all when you realise you have your cable muted!

This is the cable you want when playing live. Changing instruments is not a hassle anymore. Just press the button and no more cable noise when removing the cable from the guitar. Superb quality overall!

Solid as a rock

Fantastic cable. Built very solid. I always buy Planet Waves when it comes to cables. They are quite expensive but if you can afford it, I'd highly recommend investing in a couple of them, especially if you are playing live. They can be depended on. This one has a neat little circuit breaker button too which means I can cut the signal quickly if changing guitars so there is no hum or bang when I plug into the new guitar. Or if there is feedback, just hit the button. If theres still feedback, at least you know it's not your guitar! Recommended.
