Used these twice now in speaker cabinets that have had over 3 years use.
They're an extremely handy device offering both Speakon and 1/4" jack connection with no obvious compromise.
Although designed for PCB mount, they are very easy to solder to large cables for internal cabinet wiring and extremely flexible in use. I tend to use multi-strand, 5.2mm^2 cable in multiple speaker cabs and simply strip a tiny section of the cable mid-wayand push the PCB pin into the strands before soldering.
The Speakon connection has been used a lot and connection is very reliable and physically robust. We've used the 1/4" less often but it's very handy when a Speakon isn't to-hand and has so far operated without failure.
I wish they had more 1/4" and Speakon combination products; it'd make setup less fraught when a cable breaks or goes astray.
I've built a couple of tube amps using the Neutrik NLJ2 MD-V as speaker output connectors. The idea is to be flexible and support different kinds of speaker cables, and since I use a variety of speaker cabinets with different connectors at that end, I can simply switch the cable and use the other end. The soldering pins are maybe a bit tiny but that's about all the negativ stuff I have to say about the connector.
