If you have some problems with flat/silky picks, slipping and moving between your fingertips, you should really give these a try... Not as good as the Dunlop Nylon Max Grip Jazz III Carbon in my opinion, but if the Dunlop is too small for you, this could be an good option.
I am using this picks for a while. They are exactly what I need to get from a pick: The grip is very good. Even if you hand get sweat you will not easily loose this picks. There are no side noise by playing the strings within this pick like you will get from some other picks. The pick is rather small just like I prefer.
I like these picks a lot. When I use thinner picks for lead playing I tend to drop them too easy because they get slippery when my fingers get sweaty. These picks doesn't give me that problem because of the layer of fine sandpaper on them.
