It looks beautiful on the old maple strat neck I put it on.
It looks well made, which is also good.
The only thing I didn't like was the fact that (and maybe it was either the nut or the tuners) it looked to me like it put the strings a tubby little bit closer than they were on the tuners and nut.
But it didn't seem to be a problem, because I used the tremolo and it stayed in perfect tuning. So it's more of aproblem to the eye than something else.
I specially liked this part a lot, and totally recommend it for someone who (like me) don't want to spend a shitload of money on small parts.
The rollers don't turn all the way, they have a fixed turning distance, and then they can only be turned back.
Furthermore, both rollers have to turn at the same time, which is not such a big thing, but it can be improved.
For the price, it is a decent string roller tree but I recommend getting something more efficient.
I've ordered HB roller string trees in the past and they've always come with the screw. These don't. The ones in my ST62 are appalling and unusable, I'll get them out but not back in so not having screws makes these redundant.
