The AC/DC adapter for this broke upon first use. Had to take it to the repairs. Cost me some 10 bucks extra, but I couldn't wait another month to get everything back on track. Though Thomann still sent me a replacer without having to mail back the old one - so, thank you Thomann! I've also read of other stories about the quality of this product not being top notch, but our bass player is using this one and it seemed best for me in the price range I was willing to pay. The bass player hasn't had any problems with it within around 9 months of usage.
Other than that, it has 9 ports for 9v and 3 for 18v (only one cord for 18v port is included tho). So from this standpoint it's a pretty decent thing to have if you need to power a bunch of pedals. It's also supposed to be fail safe and should not fry your pedals upon malfunction.
Bought this pedal to fit my Gator pedal board about 2 or 3 years ago, fitted fine, and is still working perfectly today.
As for any kind of hum or noise, I can't really tell as I've always had noise using my board but it could be from some of my cheaper pedals, this is the only reason that I was hesitant to give it 5* for quality as it may or may not be from this
