Being made from wool and cotton the expectation is obviously that these plectrums will produce a very soft sound (compared to the usual plastic picks).
Used on electric and acoustic guitars the contrary is the case: the tone is overall quite brittle with harsh trebles and rasp-like attack. Similar to big & thin plastic picks with poorly rounded edges. When strumming chords that tone may be useful in some situations but for playing lead its just horrible. Durability is bad: after just a few minutes of playing you will see a lot of felt-dust on your instrument.
If you are looking for warm and finger-like soundig picks this is not the product for you.
