I purchased a set of these strings for Schecter Omen 6 Extreme FR first off in normal sun light they already look absoluetly fantastic if you add a little black light they really start to glow. Now to the not so great parts if you use a lot of pinch harmonics I would not recommend these strings it's not as easy to get the pinch out of them as it is with the SIT SRZK- 1046. And o the coloured coating if you play with a pick the wear and tear is relativly high after about an hour of playing the coating started to become white on the low strings and started to chip off an the high strings.
For a showeffect the strings are great but you have to change them realativly quick.
I bought these strings because I thought that they would fit my Jackson SLX Kawasaki Green. The neon green fits the guitar pretty good actually, the color is almost the same. But that is the first point: the color differs from string to string, some strings are lighter other darker. You don't see this from a distance, but while playing. Thats just a cosmetical issue, which isn't able to prevent in the factory but it is interesting to know I think. The color itself wore off after a few weeks but not quicker than you would expect rather later. Interestingly not from playing but from standing in the stand. I assume from expand of the string because of temperature differences. It leaves small color chips on the guitar too. The sound is better than I thought, I don't think that it is muddy or worse sounding than other brands.
