Guitar strap with integrated security system. Both ends are attached directly onto the guitar over two brass bushings with two screws (included). The strap itself is fixed to each end with black plastic strap clips. The endpieces (DD-2201) are also for sale individually in case the same strap should be used with several guitars (only available in black).
I use it with my Sire V7 jazz bass, that I would define quite heavy. The strap is confortable, it features a good range of lengths, comprising my favorites (I am an average size woman and I am not into punk posture of string instruments). The instrument doesn't trip around and there is no risk of losing it, really. And it seems a durable item. I would say the right price for its features. It would by awesome if DiMarzio could give us another design. I like choice!
So, this was my second DiMarzio strap. Everything basically is the same, but there is a one thing, that differs from others - end of strap has plastic rings, compared to other DiMarzio clip-locks. DiMarzio clip-locks are the best straps for guitar on market, but I liked the white model far more better than this one.
Instructions are easy, includes two screw sets, you just need a good screwdriver and everything will be fine. And just buy one of these (or the other model) and you won't be thinking about your guitar falling on the floor in the middle of gig.
Buy 1 clip-lock set and then just buy straps separately, you won't need strap-locks no more (only the strap itself), because you have them already installed on your guitar!
