If I buy guitar strings from local music shops they cost a lot of my meager musicians budget, almost as much as 10 budget sets from Thomann. Plus the time wasted & fuel used in the car driving round towns looking for music shops.
These guitar strings last the same amount of time (maybe longer) & sound just as bright as the rest. After all, they are all only steel strings, what can be different?
Ten packets from Thomann once a year and I'm covered.
If you bend notes on your guitar, you may think I'm strange to notice this, but these do a far sweeter sounding bend.
My 2 electric guitars have Thomann electric guitar strings on them too.
