Surprisingly good quality microphone

I was looking for a good microphone, of SM 57 or SM 58 quality, as I need the full range of frequencies for my voice, as well as for instrument miking. With only a very limited budget, I decided to buy this one, as it seemed to fulfill all my requirements and is cheap as dirt.

I did not expect it to be as good as it actually is.
This mic is superb, especially given its price.

Definitely on a par with and better in frequency range than the SM 57 from Shure, and I think even very close to the much more expensive AKG mics.
A very clear high end and a solid low end.
With its 30-18000Hz frequency range it surpasses most much more expensive ones. The SM 57, and 58, for instance, only handle up to 15000 Hz, which kinda misses the overtones of very clear voices.
No noticable pop or hiss, very little handling noise, about the same as with SM's and reasonably well shielded from environmental noises (with the extended high frequency range, it might pick up sounds a bit easy for stage, but with EQ and in a studio this should be no issue at all.

Very good manufacturing, looks are great, and very well priced at 44 Euros.

Pros: Wide frequency range, good looks, solid construction, comes with cord, microphone clip, and baggy. No hiss or pop, not much handling noise, low price compared to similar quality mics.
Cons: It might be a bit too clear for on stage, but that is not really a con, and easy to fix with EQ.

A definite mic to buy if you need a good mic on a low budget. It has all the lows, all the mids and all the highs.

No worse than an SM58

I bought a couple of these, and am very happy. Not the best microphone in the world, but it's VERY descent. It works better than the SM58 in a loud live context thanks to its feedback resistance. I rate the sound and features as OK, but considering how cheap it is I give it a four star rating overall. It's not as good as my Electrovoice 967 or the Beta 58, but it shouldn't be for this price. You pay for a crappy toy and get a reasonably professional microphone that sounds at least almost as good as the SM58 for live vocals and is more resistant to feedback= good!

For the price its a very very good microphone. I have the sm 58 too and although Shure is obviously better, this mic is not far behind. Its used as a vocal microphone for our lead singer and in band setting it does the job very good.
In future if somebody is interested in buying one of these I would recommend it without hesitation.

Great microphone for rehearsals and gigs

Bought this in 2017 and have used it in various rehearsal rooms and on stage with various bands and projects. Always did a good job, no problems with feedback, good clear sound.
