Had a pair of very old DT331 headphones where the ear pads had finally given up the ghost through old age. The DT331's are nice, light headphones for general use and I did not really want to throw them out since there is nothing wrong with them apart from the tired ear pads.
Spare ear pads were not available in the UK and those offered via eBay were either poor quality or expensive copies from the Far East.
Thomann had the original Beyer replacements available on their website which were ordered and arrived a short while later. Price was very competitive, the only downside was the shipping costs to the UK which seemed to be high to send a package that weighed only a few grams.
