bigger, badder and bassier!

The JBL 29AV fitted the bill to avoid having to use a sub for more bass in an external situation. I was able to mount it up high in a corner (and so out of the way) and amazingly it still fixes on to the same ball mount that comes with the smaller Control series.

Sounds big loud and clear and has plenty of headroom as per usual with larger JBLs.

I've used Control 25s as fills in this instance but the 29AV seems to provide sufficient low end to fill out the sound generally.

I've used many Control series speakers over the years in various installations and have found them to be mainly reliable, capable of high levels for extended periods and quite hard to break.

Being available in white also saved having to paint them!
