Harley Benton Fusion-T HH HT LH EB BK

This guitar is looker. If you like heavier styles and want a good shredder this might be just for you. If you have to play also some blues/jazz gigs on same guitar and don't want to look silly with something like Ibanez. Pickups are meant to be replaced in my opinion they sound muddy and note separation is minimal, things change for then when you split them. They sound actually pretty damn good while splitted. There is not much to say. Replace strap buttons for S-Locks get a good SKB case and you are set. Fretwork was excellent, there was a finish inperfection on a neck, and I pondered idea of returning the guitar for it, but my piece was of such a nice and SUPER light mahagony that I could nod bare thought of loosing this body and thus I had to hand it to my lurthier for repairs. I am sure Thomann would arrange replacement if I asked, but I didn't because my piece is a keeper even through the issues.

- Pražce nebyly stejné, struny drnčely na pár místech. Musel jsem nechat zbrousit u kytaráře.
- Snímače mají na můj vkus slabý výstup (což někomu může a nemusí sedět)

Shrnutí: Až na pár drobností, výborná kytara za výborné peníze.

Ordered this one a little while ago, and i could easily say that it is better than i expected.
The build quality is great, there are no issues that i could find. There was an issue with shipping and a little ding in the body that was the result, but the Thomann CC resolved that promptly, so kudos to them as well. And it gives my guitar a little bit character, which is awesome.

The neck is straight, no fret buzz and no issues with frets.

The body is beautiful and the black top/cherry back combo is ridiculous in person. Upper fret access is also great.

Humbuckers sound great with my Katana, plethora of sounds with the dual humbuckers and volume/tone knobs. The push/pull tone knob also provides some additional tones, but i don't use it very much as it is not my style.
The pots could be a little better, but that is a minor upgrade that i could make myself (and plan to do).

Overall, i am very happy with this purchase and already looking for my next Harley Benton guitar.

My Gibson and Epiphone have been back in the closet full time after I got this Fusion-T.

Play-ability is unbeatable, Fret wires are perfectly rounded, the fret board is smooth like butter. You can keep it that way by restringing every 1-2 months, Lemon-Oil the fret board, and apply string Lube every few days, to prevent rusted strings from eating into the fret-board and fret-wires, especially if there's a lot of bending in your playing style.

With the locking tuners, Tuning is shockingly stable, and rarely needs a re-tune between restrings.

Pickups sound good with Clean and Crunchy amps, and I think they're just okay with super-high gains, but they're no EMGs when it comes to heavier stuff.

Maybe the two pickups were slightly imbalanced on arrival, but that can easily be adjusted with the pickup height, and fine tuning each pole on each pickup. The setup was really good out of the box, but by making minor adjustments to pickup and poles (just by ear, you don't need need to take it to the guy!) , it sounds perfect.
I don't think I personally will ever consider replacing the pickups.

The one downside, as with almost every Left-hand guitar out there (including expensive Gibsons) is that the pots aren't "left-handed", which makes it not so useful for volume control as a musical effect.

HB does a great job, I will surely get more of their guitars in the future, and it is impossible for me to justify buying any other electric guitar brand from now on.
