Si <strong>vous faites de la musique<\/strong>, il y a aussi fort \u00e0 parier que <strong>vous en \u00e9coutez beaucoup<\/strong>. Et si <strong>vous en \u00e9coutez beaucoup<\/strong>, vous avez sans doute r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 quel point 2024 \u00e9tait une ann\u00e9e ultra riche en sorties musicales !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Il y a bien s\u00fbr eu des blockbusters absolus. Par exemple, <em>Hit Me Hard And Soft<\/em> de Billie Eilish, <em>Cowboy Carter <\/em>de Beyonc\u00e9. Aussi <em>GNX<\/em> de Kendrick Lamar ou encore <em>The Tortured Poets Department<\/em> de Taylor Swift. Encore ? Les singles \u201cEspresso\u201d de Sabrina Carpenter et \u201cBrat\u201d de Chali XCX. De l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 du spectre, il y a eu de tr\u00e8s beaux moments m\u00e9tal. Les albums solo de Kerry King (Slayer) et Jerry Cantrell (Alice In Chains) entre autres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Pas facile de se frayer un chemin parmi les nombreux albums qui m\u00e9riteraient d\u2019\u00eatre cit\u00e9s ! <\/strong>Je vous propose donc une s\u00e9lection purement subjective. J\u2019ai choisi <strong>dix albums<\/strong> qui ont berc\u00e9 mon ann\u00e9e et qui m\u00e9ritent d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e9cout\u00e9s d\u2019un bout \u00e0 l\u2019autre avec les oreilles bien ouvertes. Loin de la fatigue classique qui peut arriver \u00e0 ce stade d\u2019une discographie, les 10 titres sont une \u00e9volution parfaite des tendances \u00e9lectro, indus et pop. Le tout visit\u00e9 dans les opus pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents vers une couleur g\u00e9n\u00e9rale plus sombre.<\/p>\n<p>Le casting est cinq \u00e9toiles. Dave Grohl, Josh Freese, Stella Mozgawa de Warpaint et Mark Guiliana &#8211; dernier batteur de Bowie &#8211; rien que pour les batteries. Au m\u00eame titre d&rsquo;ailleurs que Olivia Rodrigo qui tournait cette ann\u00e9e pour d\u00e9fendre son excellent <em>Guts<\/em>. The Last Dinner Party est un groupe de glam rock de Londres. Ce premier album <em>Prelude To Ecstasy <\/em>n\u2019est pas pass\u00e9 inaper\u00e7u. Vous avez forc\u00e9ment d\u00e9j\u00e0 entendu l\u2019\u00e9norme single \u201cNothing Matters\u201d. Il y a beaucoup d\u2019autres moments grandioses sur cette galette, y compris sur l\u2019\u00e9dition deluxe o\u00f9 le groupe reprend \u201cThis Town Ain\u2019t Big Enough For The Both Of Us\u201d de Sparks, rien que \u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>Au niveau du style, on se trouve effectivement quelque part entre Sparks et Queen. Dans le go\u00fbt des explorations extr\u00eames, des contrastes, du grandiloquent s\u2019il le faut, sans se soucier de la mode actuelle des productions minimalistes. Il s\u2019agit du cinqui\u00e8me album du groupe, mais aussi du deuxi\u00e8me sans le clavi\u00e9riste historique et du troisi\u00e8me avec le producteur Ariel Rechtshaid. Le r\u00e9sultat est complexe, parfois bruitiste, parfois d\u2019un calme presque inqui\u00e9tant. Comme cette ouverture o\u00f9 le chanteur \/ guitariste Ezra Koenig murmure sur fond de larsens. Les fans de la l\u00e9gende gothique britannique The Cure ont d\u00fb attendre seize ans entre <em>4:13 Dream<\/em> et ce superbe <em>Songs Of A Lost World<\/em>. Gabrels a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thomann.de\/fr\/reverend_reeves_gabrels_rg_sus.htm\">un tr\u00e8s beau mod\u00e8le signature<\/a><\/strong> chez la marque am\u00e9ricaine Reverend. Il faut bien reconna\u00eetre que ses albums solos sont encore plus touchants. Ce deuxi\u00e8me est tr\u00e8s impressionnant tant par la qualit\u00e9 des compositions que par sa richesse. Sa premi\u00e8re moiti\u00e9 (premi\u00e8re face pour ceux qui r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissent en format vinyl) est plus accessible, et l\u2019autre face plus exp\u00e9rimentale. Partant de premiers albums aux accents death voire black bien assum\u00e9s, vers une musique plus progressive, plus \u00e9th\u00e9r\u00e9e, plus nuanc\u00e9e et parfois plus douce.<\/p>\n<p><em>Sorceress <\/em>en 2016 \u00e9tait un album de rock progressif fa\u00e7on seventies.
