Pourquoi ? Parce que c&rsquo;est le secret pour avoir de la puissance. Si ta voix est faible ou d\u00e9raille apr\u00e8s une r\u00e9p\u00e9tition, ce n&rsquo;est pas cens\u00e9 \u00eatre normal. Voil\u00e0 comment apprendre \u00e0 trouver la bonne respiration !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Trouve ta Respiration Naturelle :<\/strong> Commence par trouver ton rythme de respiration naturel. Assis ou debout confortablement avec le dos droit et les \u00e9paules d\u00e9tendues. Place une main sur ton abdomen, juste en dessous de tes c\u00f4tes, et l&rsquo;autre main sur ta poitrine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Respiration Diaphragmatique :<\/strong> Concentre-toi sur une respiration profonde qui vient du ventre plut\u00f4t que localis\u00e9e dans ta poitrine. En inspirant, imagine que tu remplis ton abdomen d&rsquo;air, le laissant se dilater vers l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur. Tu devrais sentir ta main sur ton abdomen se lever tandis que la main sur ta poitrine reste relativement immobile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Active ton Diaphragme :<\/strong> Le diaphragme est un muscle en forme de d\u00f4me situ\u00e9 juste en dessous de tes poumons. En inspirant, engage consciemment ton diaphragme en lui permettant de descendre et de cr\u00e9er de l&rsquo;espace pour que tes poumons s&rsquo;expandent pleinement. Commence lentement et augmente progressivement la vitesse et la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 mesure que tu gagnes en confiance. Les exercices vocaux peuvent aider \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la flexibilit\u00e9 et la force de ta voix. Voici quelques excellents exercices pour commencer :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelques exercices simples pour s&rsquo;\u00e9chauffer :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>\u201cMy mother makes merry music with the men of the moon\u201d<\/em><\/strong><br>Commence \u00e0 chanter cette phrase sur la m\u00eame note. R\u00e9p\u00e8te la phrase et augmente d&rsquo;un demi-ton. Tu peux te servir d&rsquo;un piano ou d&rsquo;une guitare pour\u00a0 t&rsquo;aider \u00e0 trouver la bonne note \u00e0 chaque fois.<br>Quand tu as termin\u00e9 sur ta note la plus haute (ne force surtout pas trop !), r\u00e9p\u00e8te l&rsquo;exercice et diminue progressivement le ton jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 revenir sur ta note de base.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>\u201cPasta Tomato, Oh oh oh\u201d<br><\/em><\/strong>Pratique en montant par quintes de notes. Par exemple, commence avec la premi\u00e8re syllabe (pa) sur un Do, la deuxi\u00e8me (sta) sur un R\u00e9, etc. Une fois arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 la cinqui\u00e8me note, redescends en chantant l&rsquo;accord majeur (ici Sol, puis Mi, puis Do). Pa-sta-to-ma-to\u2026 Oh-Oh-Oh.<br>R\u00e9p\u00e8te cet exercice en augmentant d&rsquo;un ton \u00e0 chaque fois.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3- Ecoute et imite : manger, dormir, chanter, encore et encore !<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Qu&rsquo;on se le dise,&nbsp; les vocalises, \u00e7a peut \u00eatre long et ennuyant. Elles sont essentielles pour d\u00e9velopper ta technique, mais nous sommes tous d&rsquo;accord pour dire que ce n&rsquo;est pas vraiment marrant \u00e0 faire. Voici une autre technique qui t&rsquo;aidera \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper ton oreille et ta voix : <strong>\u00e9coute et imite.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fixe-toi chaque jour pour prendre une chanson que tu aimes et essayer d&rsquo;imiter la technique du chanteur. Essaye de comprendre o\u00f9<strong> le chanteur respire, o\u00f9 il met du vibrato, le rythme exact de chaque mot et aussi l&rsquo;intonation. Fais de ton mieux pour imiter chaque d\u00e9tail.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour certaines personnes,<strong> chanter peut sembler al\u00e9atoire<\/strong>, mais en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, les meilleurs d&rsquo;entre eux arrivent \u00e0 donner cette impression justement parce qu&rsquo;ils contr\u00f4lent tout. Voil\u00e0 un exemple d&rsquo;une chanteuse reproduisant la m\u00eame phrase \u00e0 la perfection.
