Our shipping crew is currently working uptempo so that your Christmas gifts arrive on time. We are currently shipping an average of 35,000 parcels per day! So we have a lot going on and our colleagues are bending over backwards for you!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Note that DHL\/UPS deliver packages until December 23rd, so please make sure to be present, at the shipping address, in order to receive them on time. We ship almost all parcels via premium shipping, so the delivery times within Europe are usually between 2 to 5 working days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

You can check the status of your shipment<\/strong> in your customer centre<\/a>\u00a0online via online tracking. Our notification service informs you automatically on request, before the goods are delivered to you.<\/p>\n

Please note our availability indicator<\/strong>: green means the product is in stock and can be shipped immediately (currently more than 90% of our product range). For orders with sold out goods, we can not guarantee timely delivery before Christmas.<\/p>\n

Oversized Items\u00a0<\/b>If an item weighs more than 30 kg<\/strong> or is large in size<\/strong> (bass cabinets, upright basses, digital pianos, etc.) it needs to be transported via pallet and transport truck and, unfortunately, delivery before Christmas can no longer be guaranteed.<\/p>\n

Important note<\/strong>: Of course we can not guarantee for the transit times of the individual shipping service providers. Likewise, we have no influence on “force majeure” such as ice<\/strong> and snow<\/strong>. Therefore, please order on time so that all instruments and equipment are punctually under the Christmas tree.<\/p>\n
