Our highly professional staff there were kind enough to show him around and even put on a little demonstration of lights and music. We present you with a short blog article about the department that deals with all the equipment necessary for putting on a fantastic live or recorded show. They will either repair it on the spot in Treppendorf or arrange to have it sent to the manufacturer&#8217;s Service Partner. department, and include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reading and replying to customer emails and correspondence from the Customer Care department<\/li>\n<li>Checking items that have been sent back for damage (testing batteries, cameras, speakers, mics, record players, lights, controllers, mixers, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Repairing whatever can be repaired under warranty<\/li>\n<li>Forwarding items in need of repair to the brand\u2019s Service Partner (if needed)<\/li>\n<li>Servicing or repairing items that are destined for B-stock sale<\/li>\n<li>Warranty checks for our own brands (in cooperation with our
