Together with Impericon,<\/strong> we are looking for talented<\/strong>\u00a0up-and-coming bands<\/strong> at the Next Generation Contest Volume 5<\/em><\/strong>. The winning bands can look forward to some exciting prizes: One band has the chance to win a 1000-Euro-Thomann voucher<\/a>.<\/strong> A jury prize will also give a band the opportunity to rock out in front of over 10,000 visitors<\/strong> at the Impericon Festival 2019 Leipzig<\/strong> ?\u00a0<\/strong>and share the stage with heroes from the hard<\/strong> and metalcore scenes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Round II – Fan Voting<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Now it’s time to animate your loyal and new fan base online<\/strong> and offline<\/strong> so that as many people as possible can vote for you and catapult you to the top of the list.<\/p>\n

Why? The final winners<\/strong> will be determined by fan voting<\/strong><\/a> for 3 weeks starting March 1st<\/strong>. On April 1st<\/strong> you’ll find out who made it.<\/p>\n

The contest winners will be performing at the festival in good company: As 2019 headliner, “Hollywood Undead<\/strong>” from California will make the crowd thrash with a new album<\/strong> and a mix of metal and hip-hop.<\/strong> Further top acts await you with Jesse James’<\/strong>\u00a0hardcore punk<\/strong> and metalcore<\/strong>\u00a0group\u00a0<\/strong>“Stick To Your Guns<\/strong>” and the Detroit melodic death metal<\/strong> band “The Black Dahlia Murder”.<\/strong> Various other acts from hardcore and metalcore genres are confirmed for the lineup, for example The Donots, Caliban, Deeznuts<\/strong> and more.<\/p>\n

A bit of fame?<\/h3>\n

This much is clear: Even with the entry into the semi-final,<\/strong> i.e. the jury’s choice among the 25 best,<\/strong> you can make a huge step<\/strong> for your band’s career<\/strong>. Your logo will be seen on the Impericon homepage <\/strong><\/a>as well as on our\u00a0Instagram account<\/a>,<\/strong>\u00a0Facebook page<\/strong><\/a> and here on the t.blog<\/strong>. We’re also sure that among the visitors will be organizers, bookers, talent scouts<\/strong>\u00a0and\/or producers.<\/strong> So with a little luck this could be a win-win situation<\/strong> for everyone involved.<\/p>\n
