Visually the Fender Vintera 70s Tele Custom FR<\/strong><\/a> presents itself after the classic model: The body is in Fiesta Red<\/strong>, white dot inlays <\/strong>line the fretboard and the Mint Green pickguard<\/strong> gives this guitar its unique<\/strong> impression. It has a 7.25” radius fingerboard<\/strong>, a “Slim C<\/strong>“ neck<\/strong> profile and 21 vintage style frets<\/strong>. The electronics are in no way inferior to the original sensitivity and feel, but they are clearly more easily tuned. The pickups were designed specifically for that ’70s tone. The result is a crisper and clearer articulated sound with consistent volume across all strings. The Tele is equipped with a ’70s Tele Single-Coil Bridge Pickup<\/strong> and a Wide Range Humbucker<\/strong> in the neck position.<\/p>\n

The Gibson Les Paul Standard 50s GT<\/strong><\/a> is ideal for purists and classic rockers. The new edition of the Gibson-Classic par excellence comes with a gold top<\/strong>, cream-coloured binding<\/strong> and trapeze inlays<\/strong> on the Rosewood<\/strong> fingerboard<\/strong>. The fat neck provides a sustain-rich tone and sits comfortably in the hand with its Vintage ’50s profile<\/strong>. The straightforward circuitry is equipped with hand-wired Orange Drops capacitors<\/strong>. The Harley Benton Fusion-II HH FR MN FBB<\/strong><\/a> in Gloss Trans Flamed Bengal Burst is a real beauty<\/strong>\u00a0with its veneered maple top<\/strong>, flamed finish<\/strong> and natural-coloured binding<\/strong>. The overall attractive impression is enhanced by the matching headstock<\/strong>, which has the same finish as the body. Harley Benton gave the instrument a Floyd Rose<\/a> saddle<\/strong> with String Bar<\/strong>, guaranteeing tuning stability in combination with the Grover<\/a> machine heads<\/strong>. On board the Fusion-II are two<\/strong> AlNiCo-5 humbuckers<\/strong>. The pickup switch<\/strong> is especially variable, enabling switching between single-coil<\/strong> and
\nHumbucker. Also, with the relatively flat fingerboard radius<\/strong> the manufacturer had ambitious playing techniques in mind.<\/p>\n

The Gretsch G5420TG-LTD Caddy Green<\/strong><\/a> comes from the Electromatic\u00ae Hollow Body <\/strong>series. Authentic, pure and powerful with a completely hollow<\/strong> and resonant design.<\/strong> For the present sound the two Black Top FilterTron<\/a> humbuckers,<\/strong> which are well-balanced and clearly “that great Gretsch sound”. The versatile controls have been improved. On board is the Master-Volume Treble Bleed circuit and of course a B60 vibrato tailpiece<\/strong> from Bigsby<\/strong><\/a>. Visually, the instrument also reaches deep into the trendy retro box. Body, back of neck and headstock are completely wrapped in sparkly Cadillac Green<\/strong>. The hardware<\/strong> is gold-coloured<\/strong> and the binding<\/strong> has an “aged” finish.<\/strong> In addition there are the oversized F-holes<\/strong> and the small head plate<\/strong>. from the late ’50s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
