There are plenty of good metal guitarists, but not many have an unmistakable unique sound. The late Dimebag Darrel<\/strong><\/a>, inventor of the Power Groove belonged to these few. In his early years\u00a0he was already an amazing guitarist and soon was discovered worldwide when Pantera made their breakthrough.<\/p>\n

To mimic the Dimebag sound, you will first of all surely need a Heavy Guitar<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0with aggressive Humbuckers<\/strong><\/a> and a Floyd Rose<\/strong><\/a>. Our Kris demonstrates this in the following video, using a Dean Dime From Hell<\/strong><\/a>, closely resembling\u00a0the original. A less expensive alternative would be the\u00a0Jackson JS32-T King V<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>for example.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
