The participation in this online festival on the Thomann-Blog, on Facebook and Instagram pages as well as other media of Thomann as well as the process and terms are regulated and defined by the following conditions:<\/p>\n

Only forms with all the data required will be evaluated. Entries without an audition link will not be considered for the selection.<\/p>\n (2) The deadline for sending forms and auditions is July 20th, 23:59:59. Submissions sent after that date will not be taken into consideration.<\/p>\n \u00a7 3 Contest exclusion (1) Employees of Thomann GmbH, affiliated cooperating partner as well as their relatives (e.g. parents, siblings or spouses) are excluded from participation.<\/p>\n (2) In case of violation of these terms and conditions, especially by the usage of prohibited technologies or other manipulation, the organiser preserves the right to exclude persons from the contest. Under these or other violations prizes can be retroactively revoked and reclaimed.<\/p>\n \u00a7 4 Implementation and finalization (1) The chosen bands will be contacted by a Thomann representative and will discuss the execution of the performance.\u00a0The bands will then record their material according to the requirements and deadline provided by the representative.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n (2) The performing spot will expire if the band doesn’t agree on sending the requested audio\/video material before the given deadline. In this case, the organiser reserves the right to determine another participant as the new runner-up artist for the festival.<\/p>\n (3) The performing fee (or ‘prize’) will be paid after the band has sent the material and the latter has been approved by our technical jury. The performing fee, which consists of a sum of money fixed at 1.000\u20ac, will be paid either in cash or through a Thomann Voucher. In order for us to pay the amount by cash, the band (or one of their members) should be able to invoice us the amount. Otherwise, we will issue a Thomann Voucher of the same amount.<\/p>\n \u00a7 5 Privacy<\/strong><\/p>\n (1) The participant agrees, that the organiser will store all information required for the conduct of the contest for the duration of the contest. The organiser has partially authorised third parties (\u201ccooperation partners\u201d) to perform services necessary to execute and successfully conclude the contest. Provided information of the participants will be stored by those cooperation partners only for the duration of the contest. All provided data will be permanently erased after conducting and the finalisation of the contest.<\/p>\n By participating in this contest, the participant agrees that provided data will be processed by third parties and in particular that the organiser will provide said data to third parties.<\/p>\n The participants can revoke their agreement to the processing of their data at any time. Given that case, it might be necessary to exclude the participants from the contest.
