This contest is in no way connected to Instagram, YouTube, or Facebook and is neither sponsored, supported, nor organised by these platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participation in contests and games organised on the Musikhaus Thomann website (www.thomann.de) and their execution are subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Contest<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The \u201cBand Contest\u201d \u2014 in cooperation with Sennheiser, MaMa, and Monte le Son \u2014 is organised by Thomann GmbH, Director: Hans Thomann, Hans-Thomann-Str. 1, 96138 Burgebrach, Germany (\u201corganiser\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Participation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participation is open to persons aged 18 and over.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To take part in the contest, the following requirements must be met and the application submitted via the Thomann blog (t.blog):<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Applicant<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fully complete the application form (\u201cApplication\u201d)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide a contact person (this can be the artist themselves, a band member, a manager, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each participant may only submit one application<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No geographical restrictions for applicants<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Application content<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Two pieces of content:\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An original song (audio or video, publicly and officially released)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An original live performance (video required)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Content must be submitted as video and\/or audio links<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applications are accepted via all platforms except Dropbox; for videos, YouTube is preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Songs and content do not need to be newly created or produced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Existing content is accepted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cover songs are not accepted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All music genres are accepted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No specific requirements regarding social media reach or media visibility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Content of a political, racist, or sexist nature will be excluded<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Exclusion from the Contest<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Employees of Thomann GmbH, their cooperation partners, and their relatives (parents, siblings, spouses) may not participate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event of non-compliance with these participation conditions \u2014 particularly through the use of unauthorised tools or other manipulation \u2014 the organiser reserves the right to exclude participants. In such cases, prizes may be withdrawn and reclaimed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The contest runs from <strong>25\/08\/2025 to 09\/09\/2025<\/strong>. This period and the deadline apply to all platforms and include all contest phases (applications, preselection, public voting, selection of the final winner). The application submission phase runs from <strong>25\/08\/2025 to 31\/08\/2025 at 23:59<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Procedure and Management<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>After verifying eligible applications, a jury composed of members from Monte le Son, Thomann, and MaMa will preselect 10 groups. A public vote will then decide on 5 finalists from the preselected groups. Finally, the jury will choose the best artistic proposal from the finalists.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The winner will be informed directly by email (to the address provided) as well as via social media. The participant agrees to this form of communication. The right to the prize will lapse if acceptance is not confirmed within 3 days of notification. In such cases, a new winner may be selected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The right to the prize cannot be transferred to a third party.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Prize<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The prize includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A slot at MaMa Festival 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Full coverage of travel and hotel costs for the winning band<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A fee of \u20ac3,000<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exclusive content production around the performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Publicity<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants agree that no financial or other claims can be made against Thomann or other organisers in the event of online or other media broadcasting. They also agree that their contributions may be used for promotional purposes, including (but not limited to) radio and TV broadcasting, advertising, or public presentations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Winners agree that their names (and, if applicable, pseudonyms) as well as their photos or videos may be used for promotional purposes related to this contest, including in print and digital media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Data Protection<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participants agree that the organiser may store the data necessary for the execution of the contest for the duration of the contest. Some services are provided by third parties (\u201cpartners\u201d). Data will be deleted at the end of the contest.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants agree that their data may be processed and, if necessary, transmitted to third parties for the proper execution of the contest.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants may withdraw their consent at any time by sending an email to social@thomann.de. In the event of withdrawal, their participation may be cancelled. They also have the right to access and rectify their data in accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Liability<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The organisers are released from all obligations once the prize has been awarded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9.
