Conditions of Participation: Instagram Advent Raffle

Before entering the Instagram Advent Raffle, please read through the full terms and conditions:

1. This competition is open to anyone aged 14 or over on the closing date of the competition, anywhere in the world, excluding employees of Musikhaus Thomann e.K. and their immediate families.

2. Entries to the competition must take the form of a repost of the respective post by the competition entrant. The hashtag #thomannlovesyou has to be attached.

3. Entries are limited to one repost per competition entrant for every competition post published by Musikhaus Thomann.

4. The winners of this raffle will be selected at random.

5. The closing date for the raffle is 27th of December 2014. Entries received after midnight (Central European Time) on this date will be deemed ineligible for entry into this raffle.

6. The prizes offered in this competition are the only awards which will be made to entrants of this competition. No cash alternative will be offered. The winners of the competition will be informed by message on instagram. A full list of winners will be available via email on request after 27th of December 2014.

7. Winners of this competition consent to having their names used on the internet in relation to this competition.

8. Thomann reserves the right to disqualify any or all of the winners if Thomann has reason to believe any part or parts of these terms and conditions have been breached.
