Great string set
I use this string in combination with Pirastro gold E string. I've started to use this combination of strings because I've read that many professionals also use this combination and that it fits most violins. As a beginner with not a lot of experience and/or money I don't feel like experimenting a lot. So I believed what I read and bought this one. And I'm perfectly happy with it!
I like that the sound of these strings, and that they last a long time. I change them every 6 months and play an hour a day. I don't have to re-tune much either. Just a slight turn with the fine tuner every day is enough. I will keep buying these strings in the future.
Also I very much like the ordering process with Thomann. It's easy to track the goods and the delivery is very fast which is awesome!

Fine strings when you don’t know what to choose
Dominants are used by many great violinists. I started with Tonica strings, switched to Warchal Amber and ended with Dominants (budget reasons). I’m still fan of Warchal Amber because the sound on my violin is very warm. However, Dominants have almost the same sound quality (little bit less warm) but are much cheaper.
The only thing I don’t like about this set is the E string, but probably is because of my amateur skills ;-)
Anyway, if you don’t know where to start when choosing strings, these strings are really good to start with. And depending on your own sound preferences you can switch to other type of strings by means of a string chart.

Thomastick strings, as usual, satisfy a lot
They quickly remain firmly in tune. Used on "young" instruments that are in full running-in phase and have yet to develop their sound, as well as on "old" instruments that already have a structured sound, they offer a good sound balance, power and response to bow strokes. For high-end instruments you can consider replacing the string of the E to look for a more open and round one, but we are in the field of nuances.

Live long and prosper
This strings are amazing regards to reliability. They are last long long long time and give you great sound for price. Very stabile by changing temperature and moistre (of course deppends of condition of your pegs and peg box). I would strongly recommend to students, intermediate and advance violin players.

Best quality-value
They are great strings for the price range. Suitable for students and professionals alike, since they are affordable and can achieve a great sound depending on the instrument!
I always use a different brand for the E string tho, but its a personal choice

An ''Industry Standard''
I use Thomastik Dominant strings for around 15 years now and I have to say the sound quality, the fact that they stay in tune for a long time and they dont break so easily, made these strings my ''standards''.
I only used other types of strings for other violins just because, for example, I needed more brilliance for that certain instrument.
Great price/quality report.

Nice tone, easy to play
I put these on my Yamaha V5 early on, as the factory strings (D'Addario Prelude, I believe) were very pressure sensitive (stopped note almost a semitone off from harmonic!), and that problem was completely eliminated, which made intonation a lot easier. Also, nice tone, and easy to bow, even for a beginner.
