I'm a big fan of Softube, having purchased their TubeTech collection (which has since become my go-to for almost all vocals...). I recently jumped ship to Pro Tools and needed a good AAX reverb: TSAR-1 was obviously high on my list.
For something that looks simple, there's a lot of depth to this reverb. You can get everything from rooms to plates out of it, and there's a good level of control. Things sound lush, spacious and can be tweaked if needs be.
I also have (and rate) Valhalla's VintageVerb, and tend to use these two for pretty much everything. VVV deals with plates and 'effect reverb' as I like to call it, a little better than TSAR-1 I find, whilst TSAR-1 does very convincing impressions of everything else.
