Tailpiece for Gibson Explorer E2
My 1981 Gibson Explorer E2 had a similar stop bar originally but the previous owner replaced it with a standard Gibson one.
The small adjustments of the individual screws are really helpful for precise tuning and intonation.
It also restored the look of the guitar like it once was out of the factory.
Great build quality, just a bit pricey.

Gibson TP-6 Tailpiece with violin-style tuners.
This directly replaces the tailpiece on Gibson/Epiphone Les Pauls, 335s and SG type guitars, or any other with the same stop bar. Well finished, complete with studs and bushes if needed for a new-build, this Gibson TP-6 allows you to literally fine-tune your guitar, having first adjusted the headstock tuners. By turning the knurled screw heads (which act upon levers holding the ball-ends) you bring the strings up (preferably, or down) to pitch with much more accuracy than the less-sensitive headstock tuners permit. Helps with sure setting of Intonation. Much easier to correct a string whilst playing.
