Amazing pedal
Alexi89, 04.03.2014
I am extremely pleased I saved up to get this pedal. It sounds absolutely incredible. I had reservations in spending so much on this as I thought I'd play bridge of sighs and nothing else with it. However, I just came back from a three hour band practice and I had the thing on the whole time. It is so versatile and adds such depth, warmth and voice to your guitar tone. I feel this pedal really shines with an overdrive pedal (I used an OCD).

I highly recommend the fulltone mini mdv3, not just for the Robin Trower fans, but anyone who cares about great tone.

Sounds outta different Universe, a Hendrix inna Box ...
Baya , 25.08.2013
How can the MDV3 be better described as with the heading ...

of course, an effect does not make a star but when you know how to play this one lends it to the good tone;)

The processing is Fulltone moderately super, built for eternity ... the operation is childlike the wah pedal top-slow Vibe modulation, pushed-fast / wobbling modulation ... Switch Chorus / Vibrato & Vintage / Modern

best hand work which one can expect at the price but also & according to the manufacturer is the entire circuit as with the original and even the components should be Orig. faithful as possible ... or were customized as the photocells.

Chorus: Is the familiar and popular / beloved Uni-Vibe sound of the MDV 3 in my opinion really like the original sound and can be used by the Wah pedal exactly as its model of 69 '

You can adjust the speed between leads, rhythm and solos as you need it. Ala'Hendrix, but the pedal is not a tailor-made Hendrix effect. You can enrich many other musical genres (from Blues to Metal over Country to Reggae) and its play under paint, an effect which with me calmly always be and must not be disturbed.

the pedal is True Bypass and very sound-neutral I have neither a striking noise nor hum, and also the overall sound to the guitar signal is very transparent and only adds the Univibe Chorus sound and the natural guitar sound remains

The pumping sound of the MDV3 could not be better and you can elicit the chorus mode even more than you think ... you just have to be enthusiastic about experimentation and the Intensity controller & volume control to rotate smoothly like a popular and any setting out to try, this pedal works very interactively with the pickups of the guitar, so you can play millions of variations, new sounds & sounds when playing with the MDV3 and the volume / tone potis of the guitar ...
eg if I adjust the intensity very high with a fairly fast modulation the MDV3 partly depending on the stop and play type almost tremolo-like and so there is a note which one sometimes times in vain searches, zb can be so for me Bang Bang of Nancy S. (From Kill Bi ....) super with UVibe play what is actually played with tremolo, the UV here but this shimmer adds to it, because vllt Vintage Fender Amps rather than today had this certain Spirit ...

in my setup First comes wah / vibe / fuzz and overdrive, because I like the modulation is the best and the most versatile, and how it should be different the MDV3 has no problems with overdrive or fuzz I have, od / fuzz respectively before that and it was really nice to see the MXR Jimi Hendrix 70's UVIbe that I own, which I like better if all Drive / Gain effects come after the modulation me so much better but is Geschmacks thing, at the moment I have a Roger Mayer Axis Fuzz as the following pedal and you get the original BoG ton (Band of Gypsys), of course, the amp makes a big part of the sound, but the MDV3 sounds the same for me whether I use the Fender or my two Marshalls , but most of all I like to play it over for JTM with it for me the best sound ... and the most authentic for the vintage 60's sound ...

Vibrato: is a classic vintage vibrato which sounds excellent and I have nothing to complain about, you should try it out even a good vibrato has surprises left, and since you can regulate the speed with the foot, you can also here a lot more rauskitzeln than the one of vibrato's accustomed (except one worked recorded once again at the mixer)

Vintage: a bit darker but great in chorus fashion for all old-school classics from Hendrix over Trower to Gilmour with some overdrive or fuzz, you can awaken the past here .. and is or should be the classic Uni Vibe tone.

Modern: counteracts a more clean, crisp sound that has more heights and is particularly good at picking or stuff without OD, and is also very good to use, and also sounds much brighter than the vintage mode ... that could or is one good answer to the question how a modern version of a UV sound could sound more dynamic brighter, adds to the play technique

I think it's a good idea, but the MDV3 does not have any prob. Humbucker and a fat creamy Paula To deal with, even P90s sound super!

Everyone who loves the Uni-Vibe Sound Should have a Fulltone MDV3 and will not be disappointed
