Top guitar for "little" money.

Bender-1729, 02.01.2011
I just started with the guitar responses and after initial "failures" with a borrowed western guitar (I have underestimated the steel strings despite warning.) A cheap, but still useful concert guitar was wanted. Since even as a lay person the name "Fender" was a concept, I ordered the guitar and was not disappointed. The instrument makes a very good impression and especially a noble impression. If at all, then one could mention the following small "errors" in the processing:

- 2 really tiny "paint cuddles" in the black border, which runs once around the edge of the corpus.

- The seizures in the head, in which the vertebrae are sitting, are painted only partially or inadequately thick, so that the wood feels somewhat "rough" compared to the rest.

This can only be seen if you are looking specifically for errors. I did not notice it until the second day, when I looked at the guitar. I also wanted to mention it for the sake of completeness, since there should be people for whom such errors already exceed the tolerance limit.

Since I am not a professional, I can evaluate the playability of the guitar, of course, only after beginners, but I am absolutely satisfied. The guitar has a nice, rich sound and is easy to grip. The first 2 - 3 days, she has often been mistreated, but I was told that this is probably a general "mistake" in nylons strings and would be that these still have to "expand". Whether this is really true for all nylons strings, I can not say unfortunately, however, my guitar is now synonymous over several "exercise units" voice stability. Therefore, this explanation seems plausible to me.

There is not much to say about Thomann shipping. From order to delivery, it took just 2 or 3 days. Top!

Conclusion: If you are a beginner in the search for a "cheap" guitar, you will soon realize that this is not quite so easy, especially since one of the most "professionals" generally advise against specimens under 200 EUR. Internet forums are here, incidentally, only to a limited extent recommended as help (...). Whether the Fender ESC105 is suitable for professionals or even for "concerts" I can not judge. I do not want to. I have a cheap but still reliable guitar for practicing and I've found the Fender ESC105.

If you are looking for a well-engineered guitar for practicing, you can access this point without hesitation. I could not find anything negative.

Ps .: The included bag is not really thickly padded and protects against dirt, but it is much better processed than I expected. In any case, a nice extra that is enough for the beginning.
