These are great strings, Lovely bright sound that carrys well - important when playing accoustically with accoustic guitars. They do pick up a bit of dirt and persperation, so should be properly maintained and cleaned thoroughly. I have also noticed that if not kept clean they transfer dirt onto the fretboard. Look after them and they are great!

I use the fender acoustic bass strings for my Ibanez EWB bass. I was searching for good sounding strings that are not expensiv and I found them. The strings have a smooth feeling when I play them with my fingers. I have to change them about twice a year, so in my opinion they lasts long enough.
