Brilliant tone for fingerpicking
Herman The German 22.06.2020
I have these strings on a Blueridge BG-40 slope shouldered dreadnaught and play with a John Pearse thumbpick and fingernails. The LR Baggs pickup produces a great mixed signal which goes through some digital delay, chorus and equalisation before being split into a stereo amp setup -> Marshall AS50D and VOX VT40+ for the bass frequencies. The strings sound great for at least 2 weeks before they begin to lose their brilliance; dependent of course on how much one plays and how the guitar is stored. You get plenty of volume from the entire audio spectrum and quite frankly, these are the best strings I've had to date - picked or stummed with a fingernail. The wound G-string makes a world of difference to the overall tone; I'd never order strings again without. I did once by mistake and wondered why they sounded so dull... the wound G-string is the secret. After a couple of weeks, the new tone disappears, but they last longer than the other strings from Ernie Ball that I've used. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Very bright and resonant strings
Tomáš Dryák 24.01.2023
I have put them on my acoustic 2 days ago and they sound great, and they settled in tune after about 3 tunings. They help to bring clarity to my tone even when my mahogany guitar is slightly muted by nature. Would recommend.

Great Sound Untreated Strings
Derfel 27.08.2021
These have a good sound that lasts well. They are untreated strings, which is good as Teflon and plastics require more factories and Anti=Eco-Madness.
The Aluminium is more stain resistant and lasting, the packet claims. I get around 9 months use out of them.
