Dimarzio Classic

This is a very versatile pickup. I bought this pickup as I was looking to for a neck pickup that would grant me a fluid lead tone for legato runs and fat bluesy lead tones but would also give me a warm clean tone and it has a delivered. I have it, along with a Dimarzio Blaze installed in my Ibanez rg7421 and it does exactly what I wanted. In parallel this pickup also achieves a very nice spanky clean tone that is perfect for funk. The quality of the pickup is brilliant as you would expect from a company like Dimarzio. I prefer their use of molded plastic of Dimarzio's bobbins.

Great tone

I use this pickup on the bridge position.
I had problems with the definition on my low strings, because i use quite thick ones (80 in drop A).
This pickup clears the low-end and makes it prfect for riffing in a drop tuning.
Another great product from DiMarzio!

Excellent micro. Il est polyvalent. Je l'ai monté en Neck sur une Ibanez RG 7321, et il a transformé ma guitare. En son clair, il permet de jouer aussi bien du jazz que de la pop. En son saturé, il permet de belles envolées grâce à un son assez rond mais équilibré et énergique.

excelente sonido

El pickup Dimarzio Air Norton para la posicion de mastil es una pastilla de sobras conocida en el mundo de la guitarra por su excelente sonido tanto en limpio, obteniendo acordes redondos y brillantes, como con saturacion o distorsion, donde se logran sonidos solistas liquidos y definidos.

Su version de para 7 cuerdas no defrauda, manteniendo esos limpios ricos y grandes sonidos solistas con distorsion, adaptandose perfectamente al inherente tono de la septima cuerda de estos intrumentos, que por su afinacion, suelen dar problemas de definicion. No es el caso de esta pastilla.

Como plus, cuenta con la versatilidad de tener 4 cables para su conexion con el intrumento lo que la dota de un sin fin de posibilidades, split a single coil, serie, paralelo... Etc..
