Daddario Helicore HH610 L 3/4!

Recommend Daddario Helicore strings HH610 G 3/4 for Bass for the following reasons: play very well with an excellent compromise between a duality bow and pizzicato. These strings can be well applied in the Classical style with bow or played in jazz style by pizzicato technique. Provide an excellent " snoring" are very efficient, with a very clean sound, round, brilliant. Has a good attack, good volume and also sustain. The tension of the bass improved a lot, because the strings have a comfortable tension, are flexible and soft when compared with the basic chords that brought the factory. I am very pleased with them, now it seems another bass!

Really good tension and touch, nice pizzicato sound with sustain and the color of the bow sound is really warm, amplified with a pickup that is not something usual. Very recomendable!!!

Daddario Helicore Hybrid Kontrabass

Als Berufskontrabassist bin ich auf eine möglichst stressfreie Besaitung angewiesen: kurze Einspielphase, hohe Stimmstabilität, die klanglichen und haptischen Eigenschaften zum jeweiligen Einsatzzweck passend.

Die Helicore Hybrid von Daddario erfüllt diese Kriterien mühelos, sie eignet sich sowohl für gestrichene (arco) als auch für gezupfte (pizzicato) Spielweise, bietet genügend Sustain und eine gute Bogenansprache.

Der Klang ist recht knackig und sehr gut fokussiert. Eine gute Saite für Bassisten, die mehrere Musikrichtungen mit einem Instrument bedienen müssen und mit einer rein klassischen oder rein jazzorientierten Saite nichts anfangen können. Dabei sollte man wissen, dass eine Hybridsaite in Sachen Bogenansprache nicht mit einer speziell auf Bogenspiel ausgerichteten Saite mithalten kann, für Nur-Streicher gibt es besser geeignete. Aufgrund der hohen Zuglast halte ich sie auch nur für bedingt slapgeeignet.

Eine auch preislich sehr gute Alternative zu den üblichen Verdächtigen, wenn man dieses typische Singen einer Stahlsaite bei eher moderater Saitenlage schätzt. Im direkten Vergleich fand ich die Variante "light" etwas angenehmer zu spielen als "medium", ohne Klangeinbußen feststellen zu können.

Daddario Helicore HH610-3/4L: un set di corde per contrabbasso certamente da provare

Acquistate da parecchio tempo in sostituzione di corde indurite da mille peripezie, ho potuto riscontrare che con queste Helicore HH610 lo strumento è parso in qualche modo rinnovato.
Suonano molto bene con una profondità che non perde in brillantezza, molto meglio con il pizzicato che con l'arco, l'attacco è buono, il volume è invidiabile.
L'aspetto più positivo è la tensione che si è notevolmente abbassata, con grande giovamento del piano armonico, meno sollecitato (ho potuto abbassare il ponte), e ovviamente delle mani.
L'aspetto più negativo riguarda invece la durata. Come alcune pile alkaline di qualità, queste corde - almeno nel mio caso - dopo poco più di un paio d'anni circa, che comunque è un tempo rispettabilissimo, ha sostanzialmente smesso di suonare quasi al'improvviso, perdendo tutte le caratteristiche positive e dovendo dunque essere sostituite.
In conclusione io personalmente consiglierei di provarle, con l'accortezza per il musicista molto girovago di portarne con sè sempre una set di ricambio.
